Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with items missing, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost where appropriate.
Returns
We do not require items to be returned in order to issue a replacement. In some cases, we may request additional information or evidence before processing a replacement.
Shipping Costs
We are unable to refund any freight or shipping charges, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
